Since launching in 2018, after completing her training at Blanche Macdonald, Ashley recognized the growing demand for her exceptional makeup services. This inspired her to create The Flawless Team, a talented group of over 30 professional makeup artists and hairstylists committed to making every client feel beautiful and stress-free.
